    In the picture the slave was removed and pulled the fork towards the gearbox to see if the bearing is locked. But as soon as I release my hand it goes back to the position in the video.

    That makes more sense.
    I am with nick it should be fine.
    The release bearing snaps into the spring plate (pressure plate) on the clutch and then the wave spring around the snap ring on the release bearing pushes the bearing into the correct position.
    It was just the picture making it look odd.

    Have you sat in the car with the engine on and actually tried the clutch. That would show you if it was ok or not.
