Amayama Order

Hi guys,

I will be putting a fairly large order in with Amayama in the next day or two. If anyone wants anything give me a shout and I can get the prices and add them to my order for you. Put this in the UK section as this will only really be of benefit to UK members. If you could be armed with at least the part number that would be great as I dont really have the time to be translating parts descriptions into part numbers etc.

Yes mate no problem. They are 16.65 for one. I've got one in my first order but forgot to check if they come with the plug seals aswell although I suspect they do. Once I've received them I will check and let you know. Would you be after 1 or 2?

I could do with getting some, as well as a sump pan, as I knew you'd ordered some I thought I'd check first!

I think they did mate but honestly I have forgotten lol. When I get back tomorrow evening Ill have a dig through the box and check the shipping note and invoice etc. I think I actually worked out that (afterwards) that it wouldve been cheaper to purchase from Viamoto rather than Amayama due to import fees but I only bought things like gaskets, seals, bolts and hose clips etc so a sump pan might be cheap enough to outweigh the added import costs.

Just opened the box of goodies and the seals are separate to the rocker cover gasket. Also checked my Amayama order online and it looks like I ordered them separately. Im sure I found the part number for the full kit but must have chinned it off haha.

MD174560 - Rocker Cover Gasket - £16.48ea
MD178940 - Plug Seals - £4.87ea so £14.61 for 3

Viamoto might be your best bet to find out the part number of the combo. Hope this helps mate

Thanks Rikki - in ASA they're listed as separate part numbers.

Have been in touch with Mike @ Viamoto and he's correctly categorised the sump pan, and it's about 7-8 days for him to receive them, so although it might (at first glance) look to be a bit more expensive, as you said once import fees etc are added then it might not end up much cheaper - and I'll have more comeback to Mike if anything goes wrong (even though he's probably ordering from Amayama anyway!!)

I'll probably place the order from Viamoto in the next day or two.

No worries mate, always happy to help even if it is a little delayed haha. I must admit the Amayama order did seem to take forever to get here but then I wasnt in a rush at the time so wasnt really bothered. If Mike can offer this kind of lead time then an extra you spend with him would probably be worth it.
