Ongoing WTB Thread (Updated 7th September 2017)

Hi all,

As I progress through jobs on my Legnum to bring it back to its former glory, I'll probably be needing a few bits & pieces.

Rather than spam the forum with multiple threads, I thought I'd have a single thread which I keep updated with the bits I am looking for.


Here's the bits I'm currently looking for:

• O/S A pillar trim (grey)
• Rear wiper arm
• N/S boot trim panel (the bit with the cubby hole)
• N/S sun visor
• TCL switch panel surround (the one above your right knee)
• Sun visor fixing screw (x1)
• O/S boot under-window trim (black)
• Saloon rear bumper (colour and condition generally unimportant, so long as the bottom 3" isn't too damaged, as I'll be trying to mate this with my standard Legnum bumper)
• Engine cover bolts (x2)
• Front wings (driver's side priority)

Here's the bits you wonderful people have supplied me with:

• Front seat mount plastic covers (that cover the bolts)
• Luggage tie-down hooks x4

Garry, I think I have most of this list. I will confirm either tomorrow evening or over the weekend once Im back with the spare car.

As you can see its pretty much just the saloon bumper I dont have.

No worries mate. I d the whole thread but I seem to have missed the part where Steve said he has most of it. I read through again and low and behold there it is haha. I wasn't trying to poach Garry from you Steve I was simply being a mong haha.

I will still double check what I've got this weekend and if I have something that Steve doesn't then just let me know

If you have Alex's @Gingerfish contact details then he has a set of wings that I lent to him a while back. He was working on making some moulds I believe for some custom fibreglass wings. Obviously this got abandoned when he sold his VR4. Not entirely sure what state they are in but I'm pretty sure the paint has been stripped back and smoothed out etc. They may even be in primer but cant guarantee it. If you can get in touch with him and are willing to pay postage then you can have them mate.

I just sold my old legnum to Abarthis , he is breaking it as it was to far gone .I,m not sure what parts he will be keeping ,I know he needed the gear box , might be worth sending him a message ,
