    Potential Legnum VR4 owner

Hey guys, going to check out a 1996 Legnum VR4 tomorrow.
It needs a bunch of maintenance but the car is cheap.
So far I haven't seen an updated resource on this site with places to buy things like ball joints, suspension and such so I'll have some questions.
Are the VR4 control arms and ball joints identical to the base model Galant? We got the Galant in Canada but not any VR4 version.

If you are in Canada some stuff gets a little more interesting to source.
In Europe most suspension components fit (springs and shocks are uprated) but in North America I believe that the Galant was dumbed down a little so the suspension is a cheaper setup and not compatible. I know that some Eclipse stuff is compatible but I'm not sure exactly what.
This thread might be useful although a couple of sites need updating.
