Custom gauge faces

I thought there where companies that could made custom gauge (cluster) faces but cant seem to find them any more.
Anyone an idea on where I can let them being made?

I want to convert my VR-4 cluster to a speedo from an EU NA with 260 km/hour but keep the VR-4 rpm gauge.
And make some other small changes.

I dont want stickers or anything. They need to replace the OEM face.
