    Car Description

    Car History
OK, sorry about this - it's not a VR4, i joined this forum in 2006 when i was caught betweein a vr4 and a gen 3 subaru legacy b4, then a legacy b4 presented itself first, so i have been a legacy owner and member of UKLEGACY since then - this is the 4th i have owned but i have decided to invest in a project car and go back to an older version.
As a non posting member and it not being a vr4, i fully understand if the moderators don't want me posting this advert - apologies if this is the case. I just thought it could be of interest in this site. Anyway!.....

Usual JDM Spec B spec including 18'' alloys, Bilstein suspension, full electrics with elec drivers seat, panaramic roof, folding mirrors, xenon lights, climate control, alarm, stereo, car is standard, no mods.

    Litchfield import (in 2007)
95,600 miles (minus a few in KM)

    Recent Work:
    New clutch / flywheel Oct 2016 £770
Remapped to 282bhp and 295llb torque Nov 2016 (Duncan @ race dynamix) £500
    4x new goodyear asymmetric f1 3 fitted Nov 2016 £350
New rear brake pads fitted 12th June 2017
    MOT until June 2018

    service history:

    In japan owner 1
service manual stamped all according to the schedule

    In UK owner 2
18k autocentre south may 2008 (just oil change)
23k subaru cheam motors sep 2008
35k subaru cheam motors aug 2009
    42k autocentre south may 2010
    57k kinghams aug 2011
    66k kinghams july 2012
76k wimbledon carriage company July 2013
Oil change every 4.5k miles after this time & maintained by subaru enthusiast owners.

Sold to owner 3 'scoobyclinic's employee wife' in july 2013; didn't suit her and subsequently sold to a friend, the partner of a car engine machining specialist's from smg-tuning / roland alsop in Nov 2013. They maintained the car themselves, using high quality Millers oils every 4.5k miles. The last oil and filter change was Aug 2016 around the time of the last MOT. So due an oil change around now.

    I am 5th owner.

    Good Bits
Runs perfectly, great power smooth delivery and has a peak torque of 295 llbs
    Interior in very good condition
    Great sounding stereo system
I added a yatour bluetooth system to the factory makintosh sound system, so there's bluetooth streaming and calls
It's got a brand new clutch and flywheel
    Tyres have done 4k miles
Has the sunroof, which is rare
    Its Manual which is rare
    Has a Cat1 Cobra alarm

If you have any questions or want to see any more photo's - just send me a message.

    Modifications.
Just a recent remap to ensure it was still good for 99ron fuel, and to slightly raise the torque (still at factory 280bhp)

    Other information.
if you want to check that i am a real, i am greenyhouse on uklegacy and veryniceindded on ebay (car also for sale on ebay - for £1 less so it starts with a 3, happy to drop the price to match here! :-))
Prices of these vary wildly - excluding mine, the prices i can find are from £4,600 (automatics) - £8,000+ (fresh imports / facelift); i have priced mine lower because of the wheels and back paintwork.

    Bad bits
Wheels require a refurb, they have corrosion
The grill was made by me, so is not high quality - it just looks good, but only from more than a few yards away - close up, you can see it's partly home made.
    The clock is broken
The paintwork on the boot panel and the back two side panels is faded / cracked and requires a respray if you want it to look as good as the rest of the car
The boot badge is cracked, along with the surrounding area it touches (see photo - someone must have parked badly in the past)
