    LPG reg help

Not a VR4 question but aimed at those with lpg knowledge. I've just replaced the diaphragm in a tartarini rp/g 05 s super regulator but I'm not convinced I put it all back together correctly. I can't find any info online or diagrams. Can anyone help with this?

Are you talking about rubber membrane inside reducer (regulator) ? Is your system full sequential injection?

Why are you not convinced that you put it all back together correctly? Any symptoms?
Do you have diagnostic software and lead for your system?

The installer never supplied a disc or cable and that company has long since folded.

I didn't expect the extras when the seal was ordered so fitted those as well but got pulled away from fitting the parts so I just need to confirm its back together in correct order. Lean bank code but this has been an ongoing issue and not related to just lpg, happens on petrol as well

Each reducer should be set to desired pressure figure during a tuning process. This value can be seen through diagnostic software. Before you took it apart, you should have checked this pressure value. After fitting new seals, you should have chacked the pressure value and adjust it to what it was originally. Normally there is adjusting allen screw somwhere on the reducer. If all the seals are fitted corectly, you should be able to adjust pressure smoothly within specified range. Apart from that as long as there is no gas leak or air leak, seals should be fitted correctly.

yes pity I didn't know that or have the software but lpg suppliers have nearly always been pretty well closed door to those that want to do there own work apart from a few on the LPG forum where I obviously need to search next for some help.

If you up for sorting it all out yourself, I can help, I know this stuff. All you need is interface which normally should come with software. Software is not a problem, I should have one or it can be easily downloaded.
