Legnum vr4 6a13tt, best ECU for Remapping/Reflashing

Can anyone tell me out of all the Mitsubishi factory ECU's which is the 'Best.... The Holy Grail' for re-mapping /re-flashing.?
* I want to increase boost & fuel
* Injector cut off
* Increase rev limit
* Add anti-lag

Then i can start my search for one.?

All of the things you want bar the anti-lag can be done on all VR-4 Engine ECUs. You'll need a black plastic one if you want anti-lag though.
