Looks alot like Fiberglass, am i wrong?

Happy to be corrected but how would I tell? The letters on the back match those on my car and any markings I assume are from the manufacturers mould. It was purchased about 6/7 years ago from the guy that sprayed it up. I understand that it was for an insurance claim but the work was never carried out hence he was left with the bumper (he didn't own a Galant). Price is a shot in the dark, open to offers/happy to provide more photos

Looks like a standard part to me. I'm not aware of anyone having moulds to make standard bumpers in fibreglass. To make a one-off one would probably cost more than an original part.

Also the code begins PP### - Polypropelene?
