Every time I got to the 'book & pay ' page..... all I got was 'sorry, we are having technical problems with our website, please try later'
Many tries later, still the same...... but the price was creeping up !! FFS
I eventually.... reluctantly... rang them. TUI, but a call center who want their commission . The very nice girl on the phone apologised saying they were experiencing difficulties too, & she would get back to me.
She eventually did... bless her .. It was at this point I dropped the phone & fell off the settee [ metaphorically speaking ] apparently... technical difficulties... means the room is already booked !!! & no.. she didn't understand that either !
anyhow... different day booked, but... the price was more.
But, alls well that ends well, got the holiday, but with several extras included & and no call centre commission.
/edit, just to add.... the last day of my holiday will be on my 40th birthday !!
