poor starting when engine warm

as title of post states this is the issue i have. when starting from cold everything is fine,but when engine is warm and switched off for a couple of minutes the problem arises.it fires up no problem but barely runs,its very lumpy and eventually stalls unless revved.even revving it doesnt help much as its still lumpy.the only way i get round it is giving it a rev put it into drive and let it lurch forward before driving off,once driving its fine.the car is a 97 legnum vr4 which has recently had new spark plugs. many thanks

I'd be thinking boost leak, tps adjustment or dodgy maf.
Can you check the boost system for leaks? Got evoscan? Someone local to swap mafs with?

None of the above nick nobody up here in the north east knows much about them engine wise including me unfortunately lol

Engine coolant temp sensor (2 wires) to check.
