    TRACKDAY'S and seat/belt security

This year my VR4 will be going to the track when ive finished off a couple of mods but!.... i dont want the same problems i had last time sliding about as the standard seats and belts do not hold you still enough and this is quite dangerous while trying to maintain full control.
The car is not stripped out running slicks and role cage because i dont want to spoil the look of the interior so no bucket seats and point harnessing.
But has anyone else had this problem and how did get resolved.

    Does anyone have any ideas

Checked out that CG lock and phoned a few places but all seems to be America. DemonTweeks no longer sell them as they had the patent removed.

Sorry, I remember them being for sale at a show many years ago. I didn't realise they were hard to get hold of.

I've not used or even seen one but apparently http://shoft.co.uk/ is a successor to the original CG Lock. don't know if that helps you at all?

I will post a picture of it for all to see when i get home. Great for track days without sliding everywhere on the car.
I beleive safety is paramount on the track.

Here's what it looks like, i have to say this little device saves the expense of having to change out seats and fitting harnesses.
Dont know why there not available for UK any more.
