    Belt issues ....

If is both belts coming off at the same time the only common factor there is the crank pulley Raj. Unless the alternator one coming off and pushing/pulling the power steering belt off as well.

i would agree with bobby if it has a warn crank pulley (the rubber harmonic balancing bit) then the actual bit of the pulley can move interdependently of the bit that is bolted to the crank.

Changed the crank pulley and same issue but I believe I'm seeing the reason....the guy is using a vrg galant alternator with some spacers etc and it's not aligned properly .
Looks like the alternator belt is slipping out under high load .
Will sort that out and see what happens....

    Just some updates....
1 - changed the belts same issue
2 - changed the crank pulley same issue
3 - this time I removed the p.steering belt and left the alternator in gave d car a hard run and the belt stayed in position.
The issue now is which pulley on the p.steering side is causing it

Oh just have to verify the situation and do the opposite.
Remove the alternator belt fit the past belt go for a very short drive and see if the past belt comes off.
It could be an interaction between the two belts, if non standard parts have been fitted and they do not align properly.

The issue is it's not jumping out when driving normal only when racing the car this would happen I took of the p.steering belt raced the car and no issues so I'm sure it's something on the p.steering side

So I changed everything new belts ,used another p.steering pump and compressor and tensioner and it's still shredding the belt ....But only when I'm launching and racing could this be that the trust washers is becoming worn ?

Does it happen on snap throttle to high rpm as well?

worth finding out if its just RPM or if its something about high acceleration.

If its just RPM, maybe a blocking bypass valve in the PS rack, so at high rpm (high oil flow) it drags too much on the pump
If its just launches, maybe a bad engine mount causing engine sway to cause contact somewhere, or, pull something out of alignment

neither are high probability, but it sounds like you have done the obvious stuff...

I know many people from russian vr4 club experienced same issue. Most popular solutions were using 5pk belt or making custom ps pump and crank pulleys with higher edges.
