    Boost Reference

Engine all back together now running.... Wooppieee!!!
But found a couple of vacuum leaks and while i was fixing them i was wondering where is the best place to pick up a boost reference for my external fuel regulator, boost gauge and boost controller, before or after the throttle body?
What works best and most responsive?

I always believe that after the throttle body is better for monitoring. In theory you get boost spikes before the throttle body when you suddenly lift off and close the butterfly. I tee into the small pipe off the back of the plenum, the dump valve reference line.

Yes thats where ive got mine connected. Ive read about people connecting into the charge pipe in front of the butterfly for their fuel regulator as it was suppose to be a more true reference. But didn't think about the spikes but it does make sence.
