Recent purchase of a legnum vr4

    Hello guys and girls.

I’ve recently purchased a legnum vr4 😊 did pay a bad price for it either.

I hoping that this forum will be better than the last one I join and paid for membership and no one is actually interested in helping out. It’s very inactive to say the least.

Any way there’s a few things I looking to do on my vr4 today and hoping I can find the right answers here or someone willing to help with so information.

Manual boost and boost gauge is on the list today.

    Thanks everyone.

Ask away! There are lots of technical articles on the forum, admittedly in the paid member area, but most of us are pretty helpful in any case!

ID:	80618Thanks buddy. I signed up and paid on another club forum that was recommended for this to and there isn’t really much available for I what I’m looking.

I’ll happy pay for membership but like last time I have had no success even after paying and no one seems to be active or just ignoring the post .

All I’m trying to find out it the best place to install the manual boost controller and which hoses to connect it to.
Boost gauge I’ve been told by one of my friends to take one of the spare pipes off the plenum.

This is what I’m trying to fit

    Welcome to the club.
We are a small club and the forum isn't the most active one out there.
People here are friendly and will always try to help. The membership fee covers the hosting and we put the technical articles behind this just so we can keep going.
I see you've posted for help in another thread and I'm sure someone will be happy to help.

Yep do a T connector into the plenum should give the boost gauge reading

Fairly sure you install the boost controller into the lines on the turbo

    See

    https://www.turbosmart.com/news/manu...-installation/

    Hope that helps

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS INFORMATION IS GIVEN AS IS AND I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE
IF YOU DO NOT ADHERE TO SENSIBLE TUNING AND SENSIBLE BOOST
YOU REALLY DO NEED TO GET THIS CHECKED BY SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS
WHAT THEY ARE DOING (I'M NOT SAYING YOU DON'T JUST GET IT CHECKED)
