    where else

I can't seem to get hold of anyone at Eurospec, tried calling and email. ( guessing there no longer trading )
Does anyone know of any other specialist garages I can take my car? Ideally same sort of area but can travel.
    TIA.

Unfortunately Eurospec are no longer trading.

There's not really many places that know the VR-4 - the best source of knowledge is right here on the forum, in the Resource Library/Technical Articles, which is accessible if you're a paid-up Member (which is just £10 per year).

Someone often hosts garage days (recently, it's been me!) where we all get together for a weekend and do jobs on our cars, and can provide assistance/advice on almost any topic - between us lot here we've more collective knowledge and experience with these cars than any specialist garage.

you could try finding a local evo specialists, they should be familiar with most of the drive-train and have the contacts to get into more of the cars, but even that's limited. Unless they have epic review, i wouldn't bother with your local dealership...

What are you looking to have done? I'm no specialist but I can wield a spanner and read a mechanical manual. I'd be happy to help you if you want to tackle a DIY.

Hi Jimmy, I see you’re near me. I live in pulborough - about 20 mins away from Horsham, like Stuart got some tools and experience (not a professional, but can lend a hand!).
    Professional bodger!

There is a tool you can buy on line to remove and replace the hydraulic tappets without removing the cams or timing gear, I think there is a guide in the members section
