    MAS & MAP sensor

You guys will get annoyed with me soon if you haven’t already.

Trying to find some information on if the vr4 runs a MAP sensor or not and if so what pin on the ecu is it.
Looking to fit a fuel cut defender and told the best way is using the MAP sensor wire.

Has anyone fitted a hks fcd ?

There is no map sensor, just maf. Don't fit a fuel cut defender, it caps your airflow measurement so makes you run lean at high load. Much better to fit a wideband afr and then tune your ecu.

Was a quick stop before getting it mapped when I find someone. Running 0.8 bar and hitting cut. Can’t find anyone that can map the ecu. Been speaking with Foxdie but not heard anything back it yet. What’s this wideband afr. Sorry if I seem stupid but new to turbos

Have a Google but fundamentally it shows you your Air Fuel Ratio at which point you can make a judgment about if it is safe to run leaner.
