2002 LEGNUM VR4, which brake kit is good?

    Hi everyone!

I have a 2002 Legnum VR4, I am looking for a set of brake kit which is good for daily use and fast road driving, but no need for race tracks.
    any recommendations?

The weather is very hot here, average 30 degrees celsius...so looking for brake kits which can last under hot weather and which does not overheat easily?

Which brake oil would you guys recommend?

    Thank you for your time!

    MANUAL SUPER

New discs with uprated pads would do.
I fitted Brembos but think they are overkill for daily driving.
    They look alot better though
possibly the clubs first manual super

Evo 6 to 8 Brembo calipers are a direct fit. You'll need to remove the rear brake dirt shield as the disk is bigger. You'll also need the bolts from the rear Brembo calipers as the stock ones are too long when attaching the Brembos.

A good quality brake fluid such as ATE and braided brake lines will also help. Stock Evo 6 to 8 discs are fine if matched with a quality brake pad.

Anything like Brembo's are overkill for a bit of spirited road driving. The main benefit they give is an increased ability to dissipate heat so your brakes remain responsive over long periods at the track.

What we recommend (and use this combo myself on 90% of my own cars) is 1, Good fresh fluid DOT4 or DOT5.1, and a set of Winmax W3 pads up front. If the budget extends to rears as well, Anything from W1, W2 or W3 compound up back. Also Braided lines too if you can.

Ambient temp of 30˚C really has no effect at the end of the day, as the W3 is a semi metallic compound, rather to 600˚C with a consistent friction value of 0.34µ to 0.37µ. The best thing about any of the Winmax range if Pedal feel, feedback and the ability to modulate the pedal with confidence. Unlike many other pads which have the feeling of a wooden block underneath your foot

You sound like a salesman for the brake pads. If thats the case, you'll need to register as a trader.
