What’s the difference in facelift front hubs compared to preface lift hubs that the Brembo calipers don’t fit on

Spacing of the caliper mounting bolts.
    The facelift are wider apart.
Everything else is pretty much the same.
The abs sensor mounting depth might be different.

    Bye for Now!

You can get some brackets to make the bolt spacing change, but they are expensive and probably cost more than a replacement pair of second hand front hub carriers.

I am afraid to say i'm not sure of saloon differences, hopefully someone else can assist.

There are quite a few threads on brake upgrades, re pads and discs for the prefacelift.

The actual hub carriers are not too hard to find, as all the galant and galant estates sold in the uk from 98 have the facelift carrier.
But they are 4 bolt hubs, but you can unbolt the 4 bolt hubs and replace with the 5 stud vr4 or legnum or evo 4,5,6 hub and bearing. the hub and bearing are available on ebay or viamoto everywhere.

    hop this helps

That makes thing a lot easier!.
Brembo callipers from EVO will bolt straight on with brembo discs.
there are many guides on parts and fitting

My VR4 came with braided lines and Mintex M1144's and they felt horrible - like a solid block of wood. Swapped to Winmax W3's and much better. Use W6.5's now
