If no one here responds, try on the MLR Mitsubishi Lancer Register Forum. UK Based.
The Evo 456 rear diff is the same as the Galant and Legnum, or you can upgrade to an SAYC EVO7 8 diff which has heavier more robust internals and transfers more torque, you just need a couple of 10mm spacers for the super top mounts, and you use the prop flange from your VR4 diff on it.
It is a bigger forum, and a lot of 4,5,6 upgrade and sell the standard ones on the forum.
Hope fully someone on here will have one for you,
OR ebay!
Updating Soon!! 1998 Legnum VR4, fully serviced every 4500 miles. Fully Amsoil'd. Falken 453's, EVO 8 FQ320 rear diff.
Great idea, just registered but cant post in the parts for sale, do you have to pay membership to do so?

Hi, would this be the correct diff
https://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=582837
The one off the evo5 is the standard VR4 one. All utopia have to do is unbolt the propshaft flange from your old VR4 diff and put it on the Evo5 diff then it fits straight in.
The bolt pattern on the VR4 propshaft is different hence the flange change. real easy to do.
One more for sale here.
Done approx 60K miles
