I think this measurement to be comparable between other vr4s needs to be done in one gear as every one shift differently. I would suggest 4th gear.
I ain't got logs. But i feel that after 180km/h aerodynamics drag back me. I need to know, does everybody have that feeling?
It sounds quick to me. I suspect aerodynamics don't help, but the drag coefficient is not that bad I don't think?
on a standard PFL 0.7ish bar TD03 turbos my car would not go any quicker than 147 mph on a private rd, 5500rpm in 5th (auto).
not sure if this was aero drag or just run out of boost pressure.
now we all know the engine will rev up to 7250rpm in all other gears so there is no reason why it is not possible to do this in 5th gear as well.
Bye for Now!
Im pretty sure we talking about kilometres per hour, very common test on youtube channels to compare cars, usually done on one gear to eliminate driver shifting factor. For those with utcompm, we can set this in settings so measurement start and stop automatically and give you very accurate readings straight away
oh right i see.
