    Turbo Elbow Studs

Has anybody replaced the studs in the turbo elbow that go through the downpipe?

I've got two turbo elbows now with knackered threads and would like to try and remove the studs and fit new ones if possible. Think hammering in some splined wheel studs would do the trick

Thanks for the reply. I don't mind drilling it out and fitting new studs to make as good elbow

Do you have the part number that you ordered?

Fully agree, it's not pleasant, one thing what I learn is to use expensive new, in my case dewalt, drill bits, with them it wasn't as bad as when I attempted this with cheap **** ones.
