Positive post, car running great, looking to spend some money!

Wanted to share some good news, for a bit of context and history Ive linked to some previous threads that show the work thats been done to get the car solid.

    Here https://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showth...ews&highlight=
    and here https://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showth...ide&highlight=

The car has a new rear diff, from an Evo, the LPG is all serviced and working, oil leak was from the top of the engine and is now fixed, just needed a new gasket so new plugs, rings, leads (thanks Adaxo), gave it a Full Amsoil oil and filter change and new battery.
Done about 400 miles over the last couple of weeks and it's running great, just has an occasional misfire so Im looking to do a COP conversion. and the drone from the exhaust needs sorting so I bought some Dynamat.

I would love someone to take a look, come out for a ride and let me know what you think, give me some advice on sensible upgrades, I would then be looking to purchase the following and am hoping I would be able to source some of the stuff from members:

    Facelift ecu and tune
    Brembos
    Coilovers
    Vented hood
    Intercooler

Not in that order necessarily and couldn't afford everything at once but could go for a couple off the list immediately, if anyone has the time to look at the car or any of the parts above let me know, I would consider other stuff too so if you have anything interesting send me a PM.

Hopefully I'll end up in the "UK was this you" section every other week!

    cheers
    Paul

    Sounds good

I have front Brembo Evo Calipers with new seals and rubbers.
And a used full set of D2 Coilovers (These were on my car for two years, I replaced them about 18 months a go and I am sure I still have them in a box in the garage).

    chers Louis

Nice to see the VR-4 love, Paul!

Out of interest, where do you usually fill up your LPG in Sheffield? I've been up to Sheffield a few times (near the arena) and have used the BP at Darnall and Morrisons Catcliffe. Just in case there are any secret cheap spots around!

You are in the right place, the cheapest is the BP at Darnall but it takes about 40hours to fill the tank up!!
Morrisons at Catcliffe is cheap enough and you dont get cramp holding the button in so can drive home straight away!!

    You still running a Legnum?

Yes, the silver facelift, which is LPGed now. Runs lovely!

I have also been working in Brum, where the LPG is usually 45p a litre at the moment.
