    G'Day From tropical North Queensland (AU)

    Hi all, I'm New to the forums.

    I accidently brought a VR4 Legnum last week and here I am chasing answers to questions like all the other
    newbies . I cant wait to rummage through all the juicy info that others have kindly posted up.

    Yes it has been lowered, too much in my opinion so I will be looking at raising it. Just hope I don't need to buy new springs for the front.

    It needs maintenance more so than work. I can drive it around, and it drives well but needs things like new CV boots, windscreen washer motor,
    Taillight bulbs, some new vac lines. The biggest thing I found was it seem to have a boost leak at high rpm and on inspection I found one of the
    previous owners had deleted the bleed off valve or blow off valve. So I stopped driving it on boost until I get my new GFB BOV in.

    I have the front end off at the moment checking all the control arms and steering linkages just to be safe, While the front is off I've ordered a Intercooler
    kit and a power steering cooler to go in.

    The standard BOV is recirculating, I imagine the previous owner may have blanked off the recirc pipe (shown) and had a VTA BOV fitted.
