Md344364

Hit a massive road block with my engine rebuild I now have all other bearings, piston rings etc BUT I need a further 2 x con rod bearings MD344364 I can not find anywhere online that has availability everywhere either shows out of stock or huge waiting times. Already had order from amayama cancelled twice due to no supplier stock.

Has anyone got any kicking around by any chance?? I know it’s a massive luck chance but thought it was worth a go.

is MD344364 STD 1 size or is it STD 2, 3, 4, 5.

you can get STD 1 quite easily. they can be bought quite cheap in pack of six on ebay. but the others are special order.

have you tried main dealer and asked them to check the mitsubishi supplier network.
in the middle of lockdown i order through HUMPHRIES & PARK Ltd in kent parts department 01732 842842
they were one of the only main dealers still open over lockdown.

they found them on the shelf in one of there location in the dealer network, and because they were on the shelf in the UK and wanted to clear out stock they were sold at a reduced price £10.22 +vat each instead of £12.77 +vat full price.
Try a different main dealer as Humpries & park Ltd were very very helpful.

it is only a phone call to find out. it has to be work a try.

These are on ebay but i believe they are all STD 1 size.
but it is a set of six conrod and 4 crank bearings

Hello mate, it’s standard 2. I spoke to my local main dealer and they haven’t got and the system was saying they couldn’t even order any.
I have 4 just need 2 more. Ideally wanted to use genuine throughout. I will have a look at the links posted above and see what I can find. Cheers again pal

i dont think the ebay ones are any good as i asked one of the suppliers in the past about the different STD sizes and they confirmed that the ones they sold would be STD 1 size.

the ebay ones are all from the same manufacture TAIHO.

I got a 6A13TT sump from these guys about 6 weeks ago, tracked shipping was $25US from Japan, and it arrived in 4 days.
the bearings are sold individually, 1 costs $30US, so looking at $85US.
I didn't have any customs charges.
Fedex delivery, straight from Megazip to me.

looks vey very similar to amayama.com
but amayama are saying the japan and UAE are out of stock so you might get lucky with this place.

I spoke to the above dealer in Kent and touch wood he has sorted me some out. He has one on the shelf and has ordered me another. 10-14 days he thinks. Then he’s also very happy to post them out to me. Very nice chap. Fingers crossed
