New owner legnum vr4 help with all service parts

Hi guys new legnum owner here automatic done 79,000 km . I have tried to get a manual one by me but the owner wouldn’t sell and has let it rot on his drive since 2012 no cover on I nothing so gutted for it. So I finally decided to go elsewhere and got automatic.I just wondered if anyone can help me.

What is the best engine oil and where to get it ?

Gearbox oil ?

Ayc fluids is there 2 different ones I need ?

We have a list of Required Oils and all the quantities required - we strongly recommend the use of Amsoil for all fluids, many members over the years have had great experiences with it, and well proven with these vehicles.
