Does anyone know any info about these, ie what sort of boost would they be able to sustain across the rev range? I would be hoping for 1.2bar, or about 17psi, and holding that to 6500rpm.

I'm no where near that stage on my car yet, but these seem to be like a good option, especially at that price

That Turbo will be fine, it can flow 32lbs/min you need around 38lbs/min running 1.2bar at 6500rpm. You could run 2.5bar of boost @6500 that is around 62lbs/min. I am not saying that it would be a good idea though

So paul, learned one, how can you convert lbs/min into pressure, is there an exact formula?


edit, the guy has replied and said that they will hold 1.7bar across the range. I think I'm comfortable with just 1.3bar though

If you go into the members bit and down load that wee excel form I put in there you can work out how much flow you need at any boost or rpm.

Then just find a compressor map for the turbo you want to buy and go from there.
