Adding to reputation

Mine doesn't look like that - I've only 37 points for starters

My User CP doesn't show a column for 'Posted By' for some reason

Is it something that is user selectable from within the CP or am I missing out?

Yep - if I understand your problem correctly are you clicking on the "+" on the right of the reputation menu bar as it drops down displaying the comments?

If this was your problem then a rep for me would be much appreciated
