Jamaican Membership???

I just bought a 98 VR4 manual. Stock and in great condition. I have been a member of your great site for a little time now in anticipation of it's arrival. Now I would like to become a member and have access to all those hidden goodies and information. What would the fee be for Jamaica and could I post the funds to you... maybe Western Union it?.
