    Big Wheel Mentality

What is up with the surge in people who believe the "bigger the wheel the better" regardless of what car it is going on and for what purposes? Yes, larger wheels INSERT INTO post VALUES (18", 19", 20" +) may look good on some cars but on others they just look a joke. Alot of cars i know of are running around 17" and have the ride height adjusted perfectly INSERT INTO post VALUES (i fit into this category) for handling yet those same "bigger the wheel the better" people can't seem to see this. Just my half asleep thoughts...

    Coudn't agree more with you.

The amount of "Bad-Boy" Novas and Saxos I see with Baked bean tin exhausts and Alloys so big they've had to have the wheel arches turned is maddening.

"Big, wide wheels make it go round corners faster!" they say, shortly before aquaplaining off the wet road they're razzing down...

You can usually hear these kind of cars as they approach - You need to listen for the characteristic, "bling-bling, bling-bling, bling-bling"

Come on, admit it, you were distracted because you were just thinking about how good some blue LED washer jets would look on your VR-4...

Oh yes! Next, it's got to be a series of stickers, a la "Fast and Furious" that advertise companies that DON'T make stuff for my car!

Or maybe a nice windscreen sunstrip saying, "Daddy" above the driver and "Ma Biatch" above the passenger, like the Suzuki Vitara Wide-boy I saw today.... Pure class
