I haven't heard of anyone on here running an evo diff on a VR4. A fair amount of mechanicals are taken from other mitsubishis, so maybe you stand a good chance.
If you manage it, please come back and let us know!
ask ralliart, or ohlsens, they will be able to do the work for you, and may have a spare evo diff as well.
let us know how that goes!
