    -->Dragwars 4th Nov @ Meremere<--

    Couple of VR-4 Legnums running, think they were with chosenfew club. The white one which I have seen in Orewa on occasions ran 13.7s consistently. Not sure about the purple one, think it was a bit slower.

    250 cars on the night, plus fireworks = bloody good time

    yeap. that is a good time for a leggy. looks pretty slick too.

    i reckon those vents in his bonnet shave a few 10th off his time cause he's not heating up while parked as much as the rest of us poor no-vent suckers :-(

    god i can't wait to get back down there. i want my car finished NOW!

    Should be nice seeing ur car out there putting some good times down. I should be out at the drags on the 11th to test my car after about a year since the last run.

    new stuff? or haven't you raced it since you did all that piping work?

    i have this nagging feeling in the back of my head that you were doing something with an emanage? was that you?

    The car has never been tested with all the new gear on it: Intercooler, all new pipe work: intake to turbos, intercooler to TB, turbos to intercooler, new muffler (last one was 2" i think straight thru) new one is 3" straight thru. I can manage about 12psi before i get cut so i'm not sure how the car is going to go, have error codes poping up but will try an ECU reset and get some 98 octane in it.

    It was Manual, yep big intercooler at the front and great sounding note from the pipe. Think Osiris or Naused knows this guy and should be able to give more specs.

    No plate on the car at Meremere but I reckon it was HOT VR4 - see this thread

    Very proud of them both, with the white Legnum as you said before reaching consistant 13.7's

    Ran the Legnum down the track today, managed a 13.514@101.22mph in full street trim. Looks like the boost was around 13-14 psi. The day was bloody hot too, was over 30+degs, did 13.5 3 times.
