I'm keen to see what those new hairdryers are like and how well they respond through the rev range.Originally Posted by AllBeItMine

they mightn't be able to tune it, but they will be able to give you a graph of your boost curve, and maybe offer advice. If you want it tuned, it might be best to let them know beforehand, so your car is the last to run, and they can spend some time on it.
I'll need my S-AFC tuned too
I should have a Walbro intank pump by then hopefully.
Would be pointless getting it tuned then putting the pump in after right?
basically yeah Get all that stuff installed, then get it tuned all at once. You also have the intercooler as well.
Yea I got the RSM, S-AFC, intercooler. Will have boost controller by this weekend and then next weekend hopefully the intank Walbro and FPR
sweet just got me a IC too, prolly get that put in and try again to tune this effin ebc...anyone had their car tuned by them b4? what exactly do they do?
Nice.
Where from? How much? Got pic?

trademe for 250, a racepro one, they any good? still gotta pick it up....hopefully he dont pull out of the auction.... plus how much do NRB charge to fit an IC ya know?Originally Posted by OSiRiS
Oh yup those ones. They all the same ICs
Have no idea. Give him a call and find out
generally the dyno day is not designed as a tune day more a day to see what your car is putting to the ground, FYI.
You never know tho they might give it a tickle for you.
At the ones I've been to, it was very business like, trying to get the cars on and off as quickly as possible. Maybe when we run we can talk to them more about each of our cars, and get them to fiddle where needed.
All I am saying Brad is dyno tuning is $150 and hour +GST, these days are not tuning at all, that should be understood by all the potential participants
Yeah thats true
