Got my EVO 7 mags installed today, looks great!
I just need to upgrade my brakes now, the stock ones look tiny. I'd be looking for discs, calipers, and pads. Any recommendations? I realise the stock EVO ones are probably one of the best options.

Looking good!!
"With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly overhead."
Nice
Get the bonnet painted you lazy bastard lOl
haha, I put it on for that chosenfew meet I attended, I think that was at the end of October. Beleive it or not, I haven't washed the car since then, and I've done about 4000km since then. Thanks Wouter and Osiris.
My mum just had a look at them, she thought they looked very very big, and suited the car very well. I was quite surprised, she normally hates everything I do to my car.
Just updated my garage too
Word on the street is that big is good!
yeah, but not too big, don't you hate all the fools driving around on 18" or 19" chrome mags on their little 4 cylinder cars with 205 wide tyres because they can't fit anything bigger under the guards

Nice car. How does it compare to that yellow Monaro I see? Also what is the red Holden you have there? Is it an Astra convertible?Originally Posted by bradc

I'd say so
I heard you have them on your car, how often did they rub on yours?
they rubbed all the time, when I took the old rims home the rubbed all the way, only just on the edges, once I had the load out of the boot it wasn;t as bad, but still around corners and over bumps, since I had the gaurds rolled it hasn't rubbed once BTW I wouldn't be tempted to go wider there is NO room either side with them.
robotnik, those other cars are my mums, we got the first Monaro in the country back in 2002, and that Astra converable is brand new. Interestingly her 3 cars (626 as well) are all manual......Who will make the first hassle about that - You See? Dickytim? Kenneth? hmmmm
Ghanda - yep, you're onto something there.
