mmm... had a look at my rep points today. Some green. Some white, but the white ones are often followed by positive comments. If Green is good, red is bad... whats the white for then? You've only got the option to approve or disapprove when adding to someone's rep...

White means that you didnt gain reputation. There are certian rules, such as the person giving you reputation must have at least ??? reputation themselves.

If you look in the site bugs/questions section, you will see I asked about this some time ago.

Keh? No spiki yo inglish kimosabi... in my list, rep points 5,7,8 and 13 are white blobs, the rest are green apart from one red where I was subject to a malicious and unprovoked scientific experiment by the evil madman Brunty (if my knees didn't keep falling off, he would pay dearly ).

So someone's been giving me white blobs somehow. It's a conspiracy I tell you. I wish to see the manager !

Look at my beautiful pic - how did those white blobs get there? Are you saying that the rep giver has to be a certain status before the rep they give will become a green dot? They are lesser citizens? Some of us are more equal than others? Everyone's the same except for those that aren't? Ooooooo the pills....the pills.....

oh, ok, i getcha.. those people cant give high rep points, so they still show as white..

lemme check you out in back end to make sure, but thats what i think..

you need to have x amount of rep points to give out good rep points.. kieran and my self can give out around 50 rep points per hit, because of our uber 1337ness..

whereas someone with 5 rep points, can only give about 1 point.. which, it would appear is still in the white bracket..
