FIXED: Avatar and gallary problems

I am having problems uploading pictures to my gallery and changing the pic on my avatar.

Tried all I know, not much mind you, but it just won't work.

I can get the text to work and edit, but no pics.

Any ideas?

I've computed the FOREX....it may cause P1,720. That's like 1 month worth of fuel for me. Really wanna join..but I have to bug the wife again. She in charge of budget..augh!
