The pipe work came from the local powerflow place, they chopped two pipes into 3 sections each, bent them all 90 degrees and flared the ends so we could fit them all together.Originally Posted by Kieran

Looking good, mate! So the worst job is about done? The intake and oil/water feeds should be much easier, shouldn't they?

Have you polished your intake manifold???
Have you done anything to the internals, or are you just going to increase boost on the stock engine? What levels are you planning to run?
Stock engine at the moment, that will be the next thing.... the manifolds have been painted with black satin to keep the heat in. The rest will also be painted then wrapped with exhaust wrap.Originally Posted by bernmc
looking great mate! One question though, how are you gonna protect the fuse box at it's current location (or are you moving it?) I'm no expert but surely it's gonna get a cookin even with a shield..
it will be fine with a bit of heatshield on
Day 7
3 hrs spent
Bit of a let down today Ordered hoses from Merling Motorsport and from Forge Motorsport yesterday before lunch both for next day delivery and neither turned up. Last time I use either of those two companies!
But still we got the exhaust work finished, just needs a little tidy up this weekend.
