Sporadic here. As I type, it's kinda quick, but all evening, pages have been timing out. Usually, I find that 'hammering' the link works - ie, if it looks like it's going to time out, either click the link again or refresh the browser.

Most irritating when trying to compose a PM!

It's a bit sluggish here - and again, you like on a link and get the old 404 error - refresh and it appears.

Also - once earlier, I had 'there appears to be a problem with the database' error.... but that was a one off... Dunno if that's relevant?

Been finding it tempramental. Sometimes its as quick as usual, then other times the page times out and gives the "error 404" jobby thingy. Then I need to refresh the page or back page and try again.

There's a definate issue there. It's never done this before on my comp.

I have received an update from the hosting company suggesting the issue isnt server related, rather network related..

could everyone please do the following, and post a reply..

    run a tracert to www.clubvr4.com
    • Go to start
    • Type in CMD, click ok, or hit return.
    • Within Dos box type "tracert www.clubvr4.com" without the quotes.
    • Using left mouse button highlight the text, and press return (this copies text to clipboard)
    • create a new reply to this thread, and past the information in.
    • Please remove the first 4 IP addresses, we dont need to know them..

    Can't highlight?
    • On the title bar of the Dos box Right click, and select Properties.
    • Tick "quickEdit Mode" and click ok
    • Select "Save properties for future windows with the same title" Click ok.

    For example.

    H:\>tracert www.clubvr4.com

I would appreciate some co-operation, the more instances we have the more evidence we have for the Hosting company.

    Thanks
