US Spec 8G Galant Headlamps?

So our JDM lheadlamps are clearly not the best. I've definitely driven cars with better lights. One possibility is a Xenon HID conversion, but what about US Spec 8G headlights: would they fit a JDM facelift 8G and are they any good? My guess, as with many car related things for the US market, they'll be inferior, but I thought I'd check with you guys.

They look quite differant, and many American's have changed their for JDM spec lights simply for the looks. They will probably cost you quite a bit to get over here as well. You're probably better to get a HID conversion instead.

Also, seeing as the americans drive on the right, wouldn't the headlamp lenses angle the beam the wrong way?

I am going to Los Angeles next month so I figure getting them shouldn't be a huge deal. I wouldn't mind buying them if they're brighter than JDM lights. Not so keen on Xenon HID conversions - I was in a mate's car recently and he'd fitted one of those trademe HID conversion kits. They were far too bright and oncoming traffic was constantly high beam flashing him.

Robotnik, that happens in Uc's car all the time, we just laugh at it. They are a little too bright though.

put eyelids on it really cuts the light down or smoked headlights which are darker then standard.

us spec lights are smaller left to right so wont fit plus the lights angle the wrong way so bad idea.

Mine are 8000k bulbs, you could always go for some less like 6500 or even 5500.
