Mine is leaking oil and there's a "cssshhh" noice when accelerating.

You may want to check the connecting pipe (on the compressor side) is sealed properly before replacing the turbo - there's a rubber seal that can perish and allow blow by which would cause the noise, and the intake charge can cary a fair amout of oil from the breather.

It may save you a lot of work - failing that, good luck changing the turbo.
