    Re-mapping

    I've noticed a few of the English boys talking about re-mapping and the gains you get power wise and fuel economy wise. Has anyone in Kiwiland had this done, had the factory bit cruncher remapped as opposed to getting a piggyback or AVCR etc and so on. Where did you have it done, what were the gains, any pitfalls, and naturally $$$$$$$$$$$$. thanking you in anticipation
    1998 Legnum vr-4, boost guage, K and N type cone filter, turbo timer, pioneer flipface stereo, cell phone holder, slighty dodgy factory digital clock, bit o' sand in the boot carpet.

    Uc has a complete ECU in his, and I'm getting one installed at the moment, I'll be making a post about it soon. I don't know of anyone here that modifys the stock chip though.
