TDO4 H or L?

i know i know...i can hear the sighs from yall..but please just confirm. Is it Td04H or TD04L's imma looking for interms of a turbo upgrade?

This guide should help a little bit. The 9B's are too small, but anything with a 13 or 15 compressor wheel should be fine.

Depends on what you really want to know. I installed twin TD04L-13T, but I think anything with a Subaru WRX exhaust flange will be able to fit our stock exhaust manifold with some modifications.
