alot of jap cars rust the floorsout. its due to the salt they put on the roads when it snows! the worst cars are the nissan mistrals, the require who floors mot of the time!
the owner would have washed the car back home in japan but who washes the underside? hence the rust in the floor!
btw, 8g legnum and galants rust the strut towers and firewall (my dad is a repair certifier so hes a font of knowledge on these things!)
