Careless/Reckless/In a hurry 16 - Poor driving

Slippery Road 10 - Not taking account of road conditions. Poor driving (unless it's something like a diesel spill which can't be predicted. Black ice, wet roads, etc should be predicted)
Pedestrian failed to look properly 9
Following too close 7 - Poor driving
Sudden Braking 7 - Poor driving
Driver impaired by alcohol 5 - Idiocy. Also Poor driving
Learner/Inexperienced driver 5 - Exceeding driver's limits. Poor driving
Exceeding Speed limit 5 - Poor driving
Thus in fact 91% of accidents are caused by poor driving.
It depends on how seriously you take the pedestrian failed to look properly percentage, I try and accelerate towards anyone dumb enough to be walking on the road
It also shows that only 5% of accidents are caused by 'exceeding the speed limit' which is obviously why governments (at least the nz govt) spend 99.9% of their funds convincing us that if you go 1kmh over the speed limit you will kill 500 orphans, 3000 innocent little kittens and **** every virginal girl in the world
