    FTO 6A13 2.5l DOHC

    Some of you guys will know the one, I've got the opportunity to buy it for $4000 with a tiptronic 4 speed installed in the car, but with a manual gearbox on a crate for me to install (no clutch, cables, pedals, just the gearbox itself)

    I really need to decide if it would be a good buy, I'm a little worried about the fact it has been sitting around for a very long time, but other than that I'm quite keen to go ahead and get it

    Drove the tip when I first looked at VR4's a long time ago - didn't like it at all. Very different from the VR4 - loud and thrashy. Depends on what floats your boat, I suppose.
