    recirc valve

i have a hks blow off valve, but the muppet that put it on did not take off the old re circ valve. I was told that i just kneeded to bung up the 3 tubes after taking it off. I have done this and bunged it up with some wood and jubilee clips. My question is is this the right thing/or way to do it, and is there any tempreture concerns with it being wood.I am not using the car just yet until i know it is safe.

It should just replace it yes...

The larger pipe returning towards the dash of the car is the only one to be blocked off here...
