Ouch thats a really sad picture. Not as sad as the other vr4 that I've seen that got caught on fire
Haha! I like your avatar. What's it from and why the hell is there a big hole in the floor?
Haha cheers, to be honest I just found it on the net, looks like a couple of stairs behind a counter or something.
Its a manual too!
No longer empty and frantic...
Doesn't really look like the damage is bad enough to be a write-off
yes and no. if you were to wait around and get deals on all the burt parts, then you could fix it fairly cheaply. if you had to buy all the bits new and then pay standard labour rates to get it all fixed up, then you are looking at enough cash to write it off. probably fairly easily.
Now, if you have most of the major parts to fix it....
Kenneth got it I beleive judging from another thread
he posted too quickly! Where is the car at the moment Kenneth?
in his driveway
Thought thats where it might be He shoudl have had it delivered to my place, it would have only needed to go half the distance, and we've got the room to have it inside the shed for as long as needed.
Kenneth - do you need a storage facility?
its on the grass out the front with a car cover on it... haha, it actually looks ok when covered
nah, its cool here where i can play with it might have a mini workshop day at my place so we can clean it up a bit.Originally Posted by bradc
we actually hired a trailer, borrowed my brother in laws 4wd and towed it back. cast about $150 all up with fuel costs and such I guess. but at least we could make sure we had the car when money changed hands etc
And I got to drive it all - whahahahahahahahahaha
