I have been trying to come up with a name for the forum since it was first mention and have had no brainwaves yet.
The reason I think we’re struggling is that we don’t really want to make it exclusively a female zone (or maybe suggest that in the name?). I think the consensus between the widows I have spoken to is that it should be for wives/girlfriend/families/husbands/boyfriends/whoever of the real car enthusiast who want to have an area to feel comfortable posting in. I am always very conscious of what I post as I want it interpreted in the way I mean it which is very difficult with the written word as you can’t see expressions or hear the tone of voice etc.
Any thoughts?

I am working on another committee task at the moment and one of my ideas for a rename was
"THE LOUNGE", with a description of "Chill out here while the other half talks cars"
It conveys a relaxed atmosphere, but we will have to try and differentiate between this and "General Chat".

As none of you have taken any notice of my better halfs post, can I take her sentiments, add it to Petes idea, and propose 'The Family Room'. Dead boring, I know, but seems to highlight the who its for and what its for?
I did pay attention to Vicky's post Nick..... But she didn't come up with a name.
We all feel the same.... Not that I am ignoring her at all.... yes I like the family room as well.
