Thats looks like an error message you get when trying to create another garage...

Did you click on the wee <img src="http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/images/misc/editgallery.gif"> under edit CVR4Cars?

or are you actually in your cars page, using the browse button to locate an image to upload? (i put one up, worked ok)
