what springs are the best?

Im still new to this site so im still trying to find things. But I do wanna lower my car eventually, I just bought a 2001 ES 4cyl. I wanna lower it but I don't wanna spend a fortune. I spent way too much money on my last car and got nothing back for it after some kid made a wrong turn. I just wanna lower it a little , but what kind of springs do u recomend and should I replace the struts too? With my old car INSERT INTO post VALUES (2001 grand am gt) i just put kyb struts in the front and eibach pro kit, and drove very nicely. I just am tight with money now and im lookin for something to give it a little bit of a better look. Can someone help me out or is anyone sellin springs let me know? Thanks Eric
